This is a loose, yet accurate, pen and ink drawing with dashes of watercolor. Ideal as a gift, a special memento, or for realtors as a “Thank You” gift.

Larger and with greater attention to detail, it is similar to a “Simple Gift Sketch” done in pen and ink with watercolor. Perfect for that special occasion.
